Am I entrepreneurial enough?

Entrepreneurship is a set of skills, not a personality trait. If you're willing to learn, adapt, and take consistent action, you can build a successful business. The program teaches you everything you need.

What if I don't have a technical background?

Absolutely. Most successful impact entrepreneurs aren't technical – they're problem solvers who find technical partners when needed. Steve Jobs couldn’t code – that’s why he had Woz. Blake Mycoskie didn't code TOMS' e-commerce platform. Muhammad Yunus didn't build banking software. They understood customer problems and business models, then hired technical talent.

This program teaches you entrepreneurial thinking, business model design, and customer understanding—skills that matter far more than coding ability. If your venture requires technical expertise you don't have, we'll show you how to evaluate, hire, or partner with people who do. The bottleneck is rarely technical skills. It's clarity about what problem you're solving and for whom.

What if I don't have much capital to invest in my business?

The program specifically addresses bootstrapping and building lean impact ventures. Many profitable impact businesses start with minimal capital—they just need the right model and execution.

What if I can't attend a live session?

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, the live interaction with Dr. Kostman and your cohort is where much of the magic happens, so we encourage live attendance whenever possible.

Can I get funding to launch my business after the program?

Yes! A select few graduates may receive seed funding with exceptional cases reaching $10,000. Hit key milestones, and follow-on funding can exceed $250,000. Not every great business fits every investor's portfolio—that's just how venture works.

But if yours isn't the right fit for my fund, we'll connect you with investors who are and help you sharpen your pitch. Getting you funded is what matters. Funding comes as equity, not a grant—because if we're teaching you to build valuable companies, we should be willing to back them.

That said, the real value here isn't funding—it's what you'll build. Come for the roadmap, the skills, and the community. Plan to bootstrap. Build lean. That's how the strongest impact ventures start.

I don't have a business idea yet. Is this program for me?

Absolutely! Week 3 specifically helps you identify the intersection of your skills, passions, and problems worth solving.
